• We don’t braid children under 7 years.

 

• A Deposit is required to confirm your appointment this amount is non refundable.

 

• MUST reschedule your appointment 24hours prior this deposit can be used for a new appointment & can be saved up to 2 weeks.

 

• For sewin's the client must arrive with clean, product free & blow dried hair if you wish to have a Wash & Blowout at your appointment please make sure to add this to your booking with your desired service.

 

• Our pricelist doesn't include the hair bundles. Please make sure to notify us on time if you want the hair from us.

 

• Please make sure to notify us your desired hair color.

 

• Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE unless the appointment was canceled by us!

 

• If you might be running late please notify us so we can go through the possibilities together.

 

• If you wish to change hairstyle /color choice please notify us to see if it’s possible!

 

• We kindly ask you to treat our staffs with respect or else your appointment could get canceled immediately.
